We kind of sound like broken records don't we? Could we harp on morning light ANYMORE?! Yes, we in fact could. Because that's how important it is. Everyvery time we take on a new client, we'll spend time assessing their past and present to create a plan that's unique to who they are and the season of life they're in. But we love being able to give some quick edits that offer a huge impact and one of those edits is always: Go outside during sunrise for five minutes. Seems too simple to be as effective as we say it is, right? We've seen a pattern of small changes bringing huge leaps toward healing. These are usually things you don't realize you're doing, or that no one ever told you could lead you toward feeling good again.
